  • While we hope you don’t have to cancel your stay, we understand that life happens. Receive a full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.

    Full refund within 24 hours of booking if more than 7 days before scheduled check-in.

  • Full payment is due at the time of booking.

  • Before a booking is confirmed, guests will be prompted to complete the Guest Verification process. This is available at the end of the booking sequence or in a separate email from our booking platform Hospitable. You will be asked to verify a few details, upload an accepted form of ID, and take a selfie to confirm the details align.

    Guests will also be emailed a Guest Agreement which details the house rules and expectations. You are able to sign this document virtually.
